U.S. Congressman Collins has Office Time in Wheatland

United States Congressman Chris Collins, representing New York’s 27th district, will be having an office session in the Town of Wheatland Municipal Building on August 10, 2016 from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM in Conference Room B. The Congressman will be available to meet with business owners and residents, bring your questions, concerns and thoughts to discuss.

2016 Final Assessment Roll Completed

TOWN OF WHEATLAND LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Final Assessment Roll for the Town of Wheatland in the State of New York, County of Monroe, for the year 2016 has been completed by the undersigned Assessor, and a certified copy will be filed in the office of the Town Clerk on the first day of July, 2016, where the same will remain open to public inspection. The Final Assessment Roll is also available for viewing on the Town of Wheatland website at www.townofwheatland.org.

Local Sign Law Update Adopted

Notice is hereby given that on June 16, 2016 the Town Board of the Town of Wheatland adopted Local Law Number 4 of 2016 entitled a “Local Law Amending Section 130-44 thru Section 130-49 of the Town Zoning Law Relating to Signs”. (A copy of the complete Local Law is filed in the Town Clerk’s Office).

Public Hearing to Consider Fund Withdrawal

TOWN OF WHEATLAND LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Wheatland on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. at the Wheatland Municipal Building, 22 Main Street,  Scottsville, New York to consider withdrawal of up to $10,000.00 from the Building Repair Reserve Fund for repairs at the Donnelly House in the Hamlet of Mumford.

Public Hearing to Consider Fund Transfer

TOWN OF WHEATLAND LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Wheatland on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. at the Wheatland Municipal Building, 22 Main Street,  Scottsville, New York to consider transferring $5,000.00 from the Building Repair Reserve Fund to the Donnelly House Capital Reserve Fund.
